Epienergetic Seasons, AAA and The Gap

Whatever Epienergetic season/s you are in, it’s important to remember AAA for a more efficient energetic life experience. As a reminder AAA stands for being Aware, Acknowledging and Accepting where you are or how things are. The key to accepting is to do so without judgement or wishing things were different. Acceptance of things we do not like is how they can change. After the season overview, we will offer a way to accept yourself as is AND to desire change at the same time.

Discover- In discover, energy states range from energy poor to energy neutral. Some perspectives in this season are, this sucks, this is overwhelming or this is a threat to me since I can’t get everything done that I SHOULD get done, There is no preceived gift or benefit to the situation. Non healthy coping strategies for stress causing extra stress. Examples include drinking or sulking.

Transform- Energy levels in this season range from energy neutral to energy rich. Perspectives in this season revolve around making change happen. This change happens initially with force and evolves to more of a big picture/optimization viewpoint as you progress. There is a gift but you have to make it/earn it. Examples include adapting and taking on new projects or figuring out ways to get what you need done despite or even because of the weather.

Awaken- Energy rich to super rich. In this season, things simply are as they are. The gift is already there and being experienced. Awaken by itself is pure energy and is not sustainable for very long. Moments of gratitude, love and appreciation are great examples of this energy. Awaken is almost always a great addition to either Discover or Transfrom mentioned above. Integrating awaken brings the gifts of awaken to the seasons of Discover and Transform.

Ideally we live our lives through all lenses in the Seasons of Wellbeing, Problems arise when we become stuck or fixated in 1 or 2 seasons. When this happens, we are missing out on at least 1 season. If you are missing Discover, you can not find the problem. If you are missing transform, you can not fix the problem. If you are missing awaken, you can not find the gift. Network Spinal care helps you move and flow through the seasons efficently so that you are not missing any seasons/ perspectives.

The Gap

Donny Epstein talks about something called The Gap. This gap is the energetic space between where you are currently and where you are called to be. The key to filling this gap and moving toward the latter is AAA.

We must AAA where we are currently with NO JUDGEMENT!

We must also AAA where we are called to be/ the higher version of us that we need to be to fulfill our purpose.

Alternate focusing and AAA’ing one and then the other. go back and forth until you can focus and accept them both at the same time. This will allow free energy from the universe to fill the gap.

Levels of pain in the Epienergetic model

At Next Level Chiropractic, in Dallas, Texas, we focus on correcting subluxations to allow for a fuller expression of life as well as on upgrading the Human Operating System (the Nervous System) which allows positive change to be more sustainable.

So what is a “subluxation”- it is a Chiropractic term meaning “less light.” In this case, light equates to energy and life force, and the flow of these into our bodies through our nervous systems.

So Chiropractic at its roots is all about increasing light and connection to the Universal Intelligence.

Chiropractic is also great with helping with pain.

Pain is a message from your body to pay attention and/or to change something. Pain is always associated with a “net loss” of energy , but it can also lead us to growth and healing.

Chronic pain often comes from long term misalignments in posture or biomechanics which usually come from unprocessed stresses.

Network Spinal care can help with pain by assisting in the healing or process past stresses which lead to chronic misalignment.

Here is a bit more on pain from the Epienergetic perspective:

There are levels of pain associated with different Energetic Intelligences; each type of pain is manifested as physical pain and get progressively worse.

Pain associated with Bioenergetic and Emotional Intelligences is the lowest level of pain and comes from trying to avoid pain or uncomfortable situations.

The next level of pain is associated with the lower mind and revolves around not being able to cope, manage or control life circumstances. Increasing energy levels and efficiency can help to see multiple perspectives helping with this type of pain.

Next, is the pain associated with the upper mental intelligence and involves not making enough progress or not making progress fast enough. I.e. “I thought I would be further along by now…” Changing or upgrading your sense of self helps at this level and below.

The last and most intense level of pain is associated with the Soul Intelligence, This pain comes from not knowing why you are here/your gifts and/or not being able to share or receive gifts with others.

All pain has a meaning if we are open to receiving it- this DOES NOT mean that it is fun or feels good. Pain sucks in the moment. This part is easy to be aware of and acknowledge, but often is harder to accept. Accepting that you have pain and that it sucks and that something good can come from it is easier said than done but well worth it.

7/29/19-Going with the Flow vs Making a shift

Good morning and happy Monday,
We are one week closer to having a baby; Sarah’s approximate due date is August 17th! We are hoping for a weekend birth, and we will see how that actually goes 🙂 If we need to close the office suddenly, we will send out an email to everyone and do our best to put a note on the door and change the voicemail.
Go with the flow vs making a shift
“Going with the flow” or “swimming with the current of life” vs. “swimming upstream” is a great way to live life and works conceptually for most people. However, from the view of the Triad of Change (an epienergetic model), there are a group of people that will have a very hard time with concept of “going with the flow.” That group of people would be anyone who typically has a behavior drain. You will know you are one of these people if the concept of “going with the flow” has never made sense to you or never seemed relevant or seemed to work for you.**(see below for a refresher on the triad)
For these people, the concept or idea of flowing will actually drain energy from their overall system. Instead of “flowing”, a good strategy could be to focus on making a shift or even multiple shifts in a row.
For everyone, there will be times when going with the flow will work better and when focusing on shift/s will work better. The goal is to know what works best for you most of the time and to use that to move the same direction / flow as that which the current of life is pulling you.
Respiratory wave
Look for more information on the Respiratory wave and how it changes your spine and life in next weeks email. The respiratory waves are the really big breaths you feel/ take while on the entrainment table, and they do much more than you think.
Have wonderful day and week!
**As a refresher there are 3 sides to the Triad (Perception, structure and behavior), and the idea with the Triad of Change is to know your personal formula to go from energy neutral to energy rich. The triad has 3 parts: The prime which is the initial spark or what comes first to prime the overall system, the keystone which is the way we manage the world or our “auto pilot”, and the drain or the part that drains energy from your system when gone to directly. The ideal order is prime–> keystone–> drain. Done in this order, the energy carries over into the drain to fully fuel your system. This is a simplified explanation.
